The perfect Indian gravy doesnt exi--
WAIT. Let me stop you right there because this recipe will blow your mind!

Preparation Time : 40 minutes
Cooking Time : 30 minutes
Before we get started, listing out the ingredients with substitutes that you would require to make this delicacy
INGREDIENTS :
Paneer 250 gms
Garlic cloves
Vegetable oil
Salt
Cumin powder
Bayleaf
4-6 Tomatoes
3 chopped onions
Red chilli powder
Garam Masala
Cardamom
Kasuri Methi
Green chillies
Papad (optional)
PROCEDURE :
Add oil to a hot pan, add red chillies, open cardamom, cumin and Bayleaf. You can add freshly churned ginger garlic or add the paste. Add 2 tbsp butter and sautée well.
Add finely chopped 3 onions to this, mix well and let it cook for 3 mins. Add 1 tsp salt and wait till onions go light golden.
Add roughly churned tomato puree of 5-6 tomatoes to this and cook for 10 mins. Keep stirring this mix well.
Add in jeera powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, kasuri methi and mix. Add in a cup of water to make the consistency of your liking, chopped Coriander and add your paneer to this. Stir well and optionally to make it creamier, you can add 2-3 tbsp of fresh cream. Cook for 5 mins.
Lastly add in pieces of roasted Papad and slit green chillies to give the gravy an awesome kick and very Dhaba Style!
